This contemporary looking building resolves its floor plan in a triangular way answering to the particular shape and location of the site located in front of Adolfo López Mateos Boulevard, which also forces the layout of its façade on this avenue to be retracted 10 m.
The integration with the urban context where the project is located is taken as the main concept for its design and accompanies the environment in a clear architectural dialogue.
The project has 5,600 sq m constructed and distributed in 10 levels with 350 sq. m retail area per level, taking advantage of its premium location in one of the best business areas in Mexico City.
It also has 3 underground parking levels and a ground floor divided between lobby for the building and a commercial space.
The floor plan design manages to optimize the vertical circulation of the building with a central core of services. In this way, the harnessing of the perimeter is optimized as free and flexible leasing area to be able to receive different office space configurations, taking advantage of the views on the nine levels that all have terraces on one of the facades, giving added value to offices with a private outdoor area.
